Abstracts requirements

• Paper abstracts may be prepared in Ukrainian, Russian, or English languages.
• Text should be prepared in Microsoft Word for Windows in the book orientation.
• One page abstract’s text (A4 format) is to be presented as a file in *.rtf format.

Typesetting requirements for abstracts

• Page margins: (top, bottom) – 3 cm; (right, left) – 2 cm.
• The order of appearance:
1. Title — font Times New Roman, 14 pt, bold, single line spacing, center alignment, no hyphenation. Vertical spacing after the title — 6 пт.
2. Authors of the paper — last name, initials, company/organization name — font Times New Roman, 14 pt, single line spacing, center alignment, right and left margins — 1 cm. Vertical spacing after the list of authors — 6 pt.
3. Text of abstracts:
• Main text — font Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing, justified alignment, indentation of the first line of each paragraph — 1,27 см, automatic hyphenation in lines.
• Formulas — font Times New Roman, normal symbol — 12 pt, large index — 9 pt, small index — 7 pt, line spacing — 150%.
4. Bibliography — font Times New Roman, 12 pt, single line spacing, justified alignment, indentation of the first line in each paragraph — 0,8 cm. Bibliography is made according to international standards, must have no more then 5 items and be located immediately after the main text. Vertical spacing after bibliography — 6 pt.

Papers requirements

In order to register, for conference participants it is sufficient to present only abstracts.

Full papers may be submitted for publication to the international scientific and technical journal System Research and Information Technologies; the journal is included in the list of scientific publications by the Supreme Attestation Commission of Ukraine. Editorial staff is responsible for papers' reviewing procedure.

Typesetting requirements for papers

1. For publishing the paper, authors need to prepare their paper with annotation into two forms:
   • for reviewing and editing — manuscript (article and annotations), printed with 1,5 line spacing on paper A4 in two copies, font size 12 pt, page margins 3 cm;
   • for computer editing — 2 files (article and annotations). Text has single line spacing and font size of 11 pt, page margins 3 cm.
2. Annotation is given in three languages: Russian, Ukrainian and English. It should not exceed 5-6 lines.
3. Text of the article is typed in Microsoft Word 97 editor (or a later version), using font Times New Roman and justified alignment.
4. At the first page of the paper, the upper left corner should contain UDC index. The next line — the paper title, then — the initials and last names of authors.
5. Bibliography is located at the end of the manuscript; its items are listed in the order of referencing them in the text. See the journal for an example.
6. To enter formulas use Microsoft Equations editor.
7. Symbols in formulas (except special cases) should have italic typeface. Roman type symbols (if needed) are allowed, but must be included in the list of special symbols and marked up
8. It is suggested to number only those formulas (put at the center of a line) that are referenced in the text.
9. Tables and figures should be clear, numbered, and located after references on them in the text. The same information should not be repeated in the main text and captions of figures and tables.
10. The size of the paper, including tables, figures, and bibliography, should not exceed 15 pages using journal's format.
11. In addition to a manuscript, the information about each author is required: the country, city, place of employment, work address, position, phone number, scientific degree and academic status, and area of research.
12. If there is more then one author, it is necessary to specify with whom to communicate.
