How to participate?

To take part in the SAIT-2010 conference, you should:

1. Prepare presentation abstract according to typesetting requirements.
2. Select a session, that corresponds to the topic of your presentation. A session that your presentation will take place in is being finally approved by the program committee.
3. For students: receive a review of a presentation abstract from a scientific adviser or a lecturer of the appropriate discipline (see details here).
4. Fill in registration forms for all co-authors of presentation abstracts; file with the presentation abstract should be attached to the registration form (the deadline is 02 May 2010).
   For students: registration forms for presentations should be obviously accompanied by a digital copy of the scientific adviser's review (see item 3).
5. Receive a message about presentation acceptation from the organizational committee (the deadline is 16 March 2010).
6. Pay the organizational fee (the deadline is 02 April 2010).
7. Inform the organizational committee whether accommodation reservation is required (the deadline is 02 April 2010).
8. Get acquainted with the conference program, where the day and session of your presentation will be stated (starting at 26 April 2010).
9. Prepare presentation material for the conference presentation. Multimedia projector, computer and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint not less than 2003, the last version of Adobe Acrobat Reader) are given for each presentation. Approximate time limits for each presentation are: oral presentation – 10–15 min., discussion – 5–10 min.
